*Yoga with Myriam offers personalized instruction in an intimate setting in Westmount near Sherbrooke and Claremont. With pre-registered sessions and class size limited to 8 people, we'll delve into heart-centred, alignement based practices that allow for deepened exploration of body, heart, and mind as we build from week to week.
Session 1: Sep 10 to Oct 31 (8 weeks1(8 weeks): $145 taxes included.
Session 2: Nov 7 to Dec 19 (7 weeks): $130 taxes included.
Drop-in ($20) if space permits - reserve your spot by email directly at email@example.com with a minimum of 24 hours before class time.
Class size limited to 8 people. Register early to avoid disappointment!
Payment is required to secure your spot, and can be made through electronic transfer, cheque or cash by contacting me (firstname.lastname@example.org) directly.
Please note, in case of allergies! There are cats in the shared spaces, but not in the studio's practice room.
*Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Should you miss a class due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you can make it up within the session by attending another class if space allows (Mondays, Thursdays, or Saturdays with Cary). Please check in with me directly.
