Take a day to recharge and reflect, without leaving the city!

Join me for a nurturing day that includes active and restorative practices, as well as heart explorations to help us delve inward.. We'll explore the qualities of the season through the Water element and concepts based in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Please bring:
- a packed lunch
- a pen/pencil and journal
- comfortable layered clothes.

Registration - $100 (tax inc.) in advance / $120 (tax inc.) 2 weeks or less before retreat.

Slow Life

March 3, 2019 at Ashtanga Yoga Montreal, 2:30 to 5:30pm

Take some time to slow down and cultivate profound presence as you relax and re-source. Come warm yourself by your own heart! 

We'll use restorative yoga, pranayama (breath work), meditation, and a few introspective exercises to listen deeply and discover our heart and body's subtle messages. We'll end this restful and nourishing practice with Yoga Nidra, a profound guided journey between wakefulness and sleep.

Deep Relaxation contributes to an overall feeling of well-being and helps you uncover your natural clarity, right action and peace of mind. As we release physical tension, the mind can also being to unwind. In this deeply nourishing practice, we'll find rest for our bodies, relaxation for our busy minds, and rejuvenation for our nervous system.

Registration - 50.00$ plus tax / 60.00$ plus tax (day of).

SPRING RETREAT

May 3rd to 5th at Gaia Wellness Retreat in Wakefield, QC

Nourish your body, heart, and soul!

Welcome Spring at the beautiful Gaia Wellness Retreat - nestled in the Gatineau hills, just 2.5 hours from Montreal and 4.5 hours from Toronto.

Join me for a weekend of yoga (active and restorative), meditation, introspective practices, evening outdoor fires, and delicious meals. During your free time, canoe or kayak on the lake, explore the forest trails, relax in the sauna, or curl up with a good book.

The retreat begins on Friday May 3th, late afternoon, and ends on Sunday May 5th after lunch.

What's included:

Shared accommodations (2 to 3 people per room - no bunk beds!)
All vegan and vegetarian home cooked meals and snacks
All practices
Use of facilities, including sauna, canoe, trails, etc.
$410 + tax
Limited spaces.
$75 deposit required to hold your spot.
