  • The Wisdom of the Body - 6 weeks: 1- Release, 2- Listen, 3- Legs + Feet, 4- Hips, 5- Heart, 6- Whole Body. $30/$60/$90 (+tax)**

  • Explorations - 8 weeks: 1- Beginner's Mind, 2- Balance, 3- Heart-Felt Presence, 4- Through the Senses, 5- Primary Internal Responses, 6- Inner Flow, 7- Stepping In, 8- Opening. $40/$80/$120 (+ tax)**

  • The 7 Chakras - 7 weeks: Each class is dedicated to one of the 7 Chakras. $35/$70/$105 (+ tax)**

  • The 7 Chakras Plus - 10 weeks: 7 classes dedicated to one of the 7 Chakras, plus Body Chakra Recap, Upper Chakra Recap, and Total Chakra Review. $50/$100/$150 (+tax)**

**Investment: Price structure is based on the number of classes per session and works as follows (taxes will be added depending on your province or country of residence - please reach out to inquire):

Subsidized Rate: $5 a class (+ applicable taxes) // Regular Rate: $10 a class (+ applicable taxes) // Benefactor Rate: $15 a class (+ applicable taxes)

A note on prices. Cost is set up as three-tiered to make these classes accessible to everyone. If you feel you can pay a little extra to help support someone who can't afford the regular fee, your contribution as a Benefactor will be felt two-fold: supporting my work and livelihood and giving someone access who might otherwise not be able to join! Please pick the amount that works for you and your family. No questions asked.
